DH-312 Išeinančių objektų ataskaita

Ataskaita skirta stebėti tiekėjo turimų objektų krepšelio būsimus pokyčius, kai ateities data buvo pateiktas kito tiekėjo keitimo arba savininko ir tiekėjo keitimo pranešimas, taip pat to paties tiekėjo sutarties nutraukimo pranešimas.   Duomenys pateikiami ataskaitos užsakymo momentui ir yra kintantys priklausomai nuo ataskaitos formavimo momento ir pasikeitimų pateiktuose pranešimuose.

1.Ataskaita skirta stebėti tiekėjo turimų objektų krepšelio būsimus pokyčius, kai ateities data buvo pateiktas kito tiekėjo keitimo arba savininko ir tiekėjo keitimo pranešimas, taip pat to paties tiekėjo sutarties nutraukimo pranešimas.  -
2.Duomenys pateikiami ataskaitos užsakymo momentui ir yra kintantys priklausomai nuo ataskaitos formavimo momento ir pasikeitimų pateiktuose pranešimuose.Tiekėjo keitimas užsakytas nuo 11 01, pats pranešimas pateiktas 10 15. Tai reiškia, kad išeinančių ataskaitoje objektas esamam tiekėjui bus atvaizduojamas nuo 10 15 iki 10 31. Arba kol nebus atšauktas kito pranešimo pagrindu.
3.Ataskaitoje objektai atvaizduojami tol kol  yra esamo tiekėjo objektų krepšelyje.-
4.Su STK pranešimu nuo pirmos mėnesio dienos, objektas išeinančių objektų ataskaitoje bus matomas kiek ilgiau, nei rodoma sutarties pabaigos dataPvz. STK pranešimas pateiktas su naujo tiekėjo sutarties data 11 01. Esamam tiekėjui Išeinančių objektų ataskaitoje objektas atvaizduojamas su sutarties pabaigos data 10 31. Objektas išeinančių ataskaitoje bus rodomas ir po 10 31, kadangi sutarties perrašymas atliekamas po sąskaitybos periodo uždarymo. Po sąskaitybos uždarymo, objektas perrašomas ir ataskaitoje nebeatvaizduojamas.
5.Sutarties pabaigos data nepakinta.-
6.Tuščias keitimo tipo laukelis

Galimi atvejai:

1.    Objektas išeina į VT (visuomeninį tiekėją);
2.    Užsakymai buvo tvarkomi rankiniu būdu (išimtys, sisteminės klaidos ir dėl kitų priežasčių).

DH-312 Outbound Object Report

The report is designed to monitor future changes in the supplier's basket of objects when a notification of a change of supplier or change of owner and supplier has been submitted at a future date, as well as a notification of termination of the contract with the same supplier. The data is provided at the time of ordering the report and is subject to change depending on the moment of report generation and changes in the submitted notifications.

1.The report is intended to monitor the future changes in the basket of objects held by the supplier, when the notice of change of another supplier or change of owner and supplier, as well as notice of termination of the contract of the same supplier, has been submitted at a future date.-
2.he data are provided at the time of ordering the report and are subject to change depending on the time of report creation and changes in the submitted messages.For example The supplier change was ordered from 11 01, the notification itself was submitted on 10 15. This means that the object in the outgoing report will be displayed for the current supplier from 10 15 to 10 31. Or until it is canceled on the basis of another notification.
3.Objects are displayed in the report as long as they are in the object basket of the current supplier.-
4.With STK notification from the first day of the month, the object will be visible in the outgoing objects report for a little longer than the contract end date is displayed.For example The STK report was submitted with the new supplier's contract date of 11 01. For the existing supplier, the object is displayed in the outgoing objects report with the contract end date of 10 31. The object will also be displayed in the outgoing report after 10 31, since the rewriting of the contract is carried out after the closing of the accounting period. After the accounting is closed, the object is overwritten and is no longer displayed in the report.

Possible reasons:

1. The object goes to VT (public supplier);
2. Orders were processed manually (exceptions, systematic errors and for other reasons).
